Here is a beautiful tale about a dog named Osito, whose owners surrendered him to a shelter when they decided that they could no longer take care of him. Fortunately, there were others who could take care of the dog, and it was a kind woman named Felicia Quispe Arana who decided to adopt Osito.
Arana, who is in charge of a shelter for homeless canines in Cusco, Peru, could not really specify why Osito was surrendered. In truth, she was also concerned about how the small dog would fit in at the shelter, since the majority of the canines were large.
She did not know how the older dogs would respond to Osito when they first met him. Fortunately, Arana had nothing to worry about because the dogs greeted Osito with open arms.
Arana revealed that Osito was initially terrified by the presence of so many enormous dogs. All of that faded, though, when he saw how glad they were to see him.
As shown in an adorable video, the small dog was lying on the ground in the facility when the enormous dogs began to notice him.
The large dogs appeared quite friendly and inviting! It’s as if they wanted to come over and say hello to the new doggo there.
They began to sniff Osito from head to toe and invaded his personal space. However, they did so with the utmost delicacy.
Fortunately, young Osito didn’t mind the odd sniffs, because they quickly transformed into kisses. He appeared quite pleased with all of what was happening. Eventually, he made many new furry pals at the animal shelter.
However, their brief bond did not last long. Little Osito was soon adopted by a family. Thankfully, the shelter was able to find someone who chose to adopt him.
This story is proof that there is always a rainbow following a storm.
