Each one of us looks up on a person we deem as inspiring. We see something in them that makes us want to meet them personally.
And, it looks like a service dog finally receives its heart’s desire as it attends a meet-and-greet session with its idol. By the looks of it, the dog waited for a long time to see its favorite person in the world.
Ooh! It’s him!
In this heartwarming video, a man dressed up in a Santa suit hovers over a brown-furred service dog named Chester. By the looks of it, Chester’s fur mom brought him to a meet-and-greet session with the famous Santa Claus.
However, if you look more closely, you’ll soon realize that the man in the Santa suit isn’t Santa himself. With the ever-familiar green skin, one can deduce that the person Chester’s meeting is the infamous Grinch.
Though everybody knows that the Grinch stole Christmas, Chester doesn’t view him in this light. Chester even dresses up as Max to make their meeting even more special.
Hi there! I’m so happy to meet you!
Now that Chester’s finally up close with his revered movie character, he can’t help but wag his tail energetically. Chester even thoroughly sniffs the Grinch as a way of making sure that he’s not dreaming.
In response to the pooch’s enthusiastic reaction, the Grinch lowers himself to Chester’s level to cuddle him. Mom then briefly tells the Grinch that Chester’s waited for so long to meet him, making the Grinch feel flattered.
As the seconds pass by, Chester and the Grinch took their sweet time to get to know each other. Mom even loosens the dog’s leash to allow him to snuggle more closely to the Grinch.
