Dog Doesn’t Want To Go Home Yet So It Protests In The Funniest Way Possible

Dog Doesn’t Want To Go Home Yet So It Protests In The Funniest Way Possible

Milly Jones August 20, 2022

Ryder is a dog who believes that he is the best actor in the world. He is a mix of Basset Hound and Labrador, and he loves going out on walks with his fur dad.

Recently, Ryder has developed a hilarious way to express to his father precisely how he feels.

Ryder’s father, Sean Tornetta, said that when they are out on a walk and his pet knows that they’re going home or they’re on a trail he’s been on before, he will slow down and glance at his fur parent. It’s as if he is telling his fur parent that they were on a boring path because they have already been there before and he already is familiar with the place. Ryder would then drop to the ground.

It’s amusing to see how he does it, acting so dramatically as if he understands exactly what he’s doing.

When Ryder would lie down during his walks, Tornetta would pick him up, and carry him home like a baby. Tornetta was unaware that he was playing directly into Ryder’s hands.

Now, Ryder is becoming increasingly dramatic. Every time he steps outdoors, his fur parent should not be surprised if he does something dramatic again. The dog has made the street his stage.

Regardless of how convincing Ryder’s drama is, Tornetta has started not to follow what his pet wants.

According to Tornetta, Ryder pretends to be really tired and he would just collapse, but he does this wherever he is just a few blocks from their home. Tornetta is aware that Ryder is in good health and can walk to their home. He had also seen him play for hours at the dog park. Therefore, he realized it was just drama.

Fortunately, Tornetta thought of how he could make his dog walk all the way home. As soon as Tornetta began to jiggle his pocket that had treats in it, Ryder immediately stood up as if nothing had happened. Tornetta remarked that it’s very amusing how intelligent Ryder believed he was.

Even though it is amusing to observe Ryder collapsing, his father is working hard to change this behavior.

Now, Tornetta is holding off the treats until Ryder has returned home. He still must still train him so he can walk home.
