A common misconception among the general public is that huge dogs are typically aggressive. Owners of large breed dogs would undoubtedly disagree with this statement since the truth is, these furballs are typically sweeter than smaller breeds.
Large breed canines are typically dangerous to smaller animals, according to a widespread myth. Some would even suggest that because these dogs are much larger than some animals, they have a tendency to try to devour them. Again, these canines’ fur parents would likely disagree.
When the owners of a Golden Retriever named Bailey and a German Shepherd named Rocky sought to add a new adorable pet to their family, they did not consider adopting a second dog. Instead, they had a brown-colored rabbit, which they eventually called Sam.
Contrary to the expectations of some, Bailey and Rocky were not antagonistic toward Sam. In fact, in an internet video, the two merely sat on the couch with their rabbit sibling and sniffed him. They also did not exhibit any kind of negative behavior toward their smaller fur sibling.
Bailey barked occasionally, but it was obvious that he did so out of curiosity. Sam was observed nibbling on Rocky, but it was clear that he had no intention of harming the rabbit. In the meantime, Sam appeared uninterested in his brothers. He continued to go his own path, ignoring even Bailey’s loud barking.
The video, which has been viewed over 600,000 times since it was posted on October 13, 2020, demonstrates unequivocally that Bailey and Rocky are nothing but gentle giants. Despite being significantly larger than Sam, it is evident that they will not harm their bunny sibling.
There is a strong possibility that the three furballs will become great friends, although it is still a little too early to say for sure.
