As the saying goes, “Dogs Are Man’s Best Friend.” However, what happened in this story proves, they are not only man’s best friend but other animals. Meet this adorable doggy who selflessly risked his life to save the life of his little kitty friend.
Sometimes back in Ukraine, in Donetsk, a fire broke out, causing massive explosions in a defence industry. Thick clouds of smoke covered the sky. People felt the effect of the massive explosion for up to 5 km away. The residents had to run for their lives, grabbing their precious possessions, including their pets.

However, one pet remained behind. It was one unique and special kind of dog which ran back into the burning house instead accompanying his human friend to escape from the fiery flames. His owner was shocked, scared and helplessly stood there.
He couldn’t go back to the house to save his loving and caring pet as the fire flames grew bigger by the second. The poor owner watched his house collapse before his very eyes, due to the furious burning fire. All he wished for was to see his pup come out alive and safe.
Suddenly, a familiar sight of a silhouette emerged from the house’s entrance – his brave and fantastic dog! He was holding a lifeless looking kitten in his mouth.

The two human companions were the best of friends who spent most of their time playing with each other. Therefore, as soon as the dog saw the fire, he instinctively thought of saving his kitten friend. Since the kitten was tiny, it couldn’t come out of the house on its own. Luckily His friend knew that and went to his rescue.
Such a selfless and brave act by this dog!
He went through the flames, risking his own life to save a friend’s. What a relief it was for the owner, but surprised at the same time for his pup’s bravery. The story moved the locals who heard about it and made them respect the dog, holding him as a hero for carrying out an almost impossible task that humans would have struggled to do.
