Everyone knows dogs possess ingenious ideas in their creative minds. Though our canine pals merely observe their surroundings, they try to seize every opportunity they have to showcase their skills.
Thus, one brilliant Australian Shepherd immediately prepares itself for a good night’s sleep. Without a moment’s hesitation, the quick-witted dog knows what to do the moment its fur dad steps out of the bedroom.
I’m out for the night, pal.
In this incredible video clip, a grey-furred Australian Shepherd named Morty relaxes on the wooden bedroom floor. Not far away from Morty, one can see his fur dad heading towards the door.
Though no one knows what Dad’s planning to do, the man continues to walk towards the door. Perhaps puzzled with Dad’s actions, Morty can’t help but follow the direction he’s taking while continuing to sit on the floor.
Dad then casually walks out of the room to wherever he’s planning to go. And, as soon as Dad disappears, Morty quickly closes the door and prepares to commence his plan.
Okay, nighty night!
Soon enough, Morty preps the room for his much-anticipated bedtime. Unlike most dogs that contentedly hop onto the comfy mattress after closing the door, this canine proves to be different as Morty even switches the main lights off.
Once the canine deemed that the room’s bedtime-ready, Morty quickly ascends onto the mattress. Without wasting any second, the dog slowly sits on the bed before deciding to lay its tired body on it.
And, after ascertaining that the mattress’ comfortable enough for the night, Morty immediately rolls over on the bed, but not without yanking the warm blanket over his furry body. Do you think the brilliant pooch quickly fell asleep after such detailed preparation? Feel free to see Morty in live-action through the video below.
